Our current menu is an 8 course tasting dinner! A Wine Pairing, & an a-la-carte beverage menu is also provided.
Our tasting menu will evolve & change often. Our dishes are inspired by our Filipino/Cuban heritage & this is our special place to develop new dishes, experiment, & get to share what we create with all of you!
I. PRAWN KINILAW- coconut, thai chili, yuzu
II. DUCK CROQUETA- foie gras, guava sweet & sour
III. ARROZ CALDO- black rice, lobster, calamansi, quail egg
IV. ADOBONG PUGITA- octopus, potato, black garlic emulsion
V. LECHON ASADO- iberico pork collar, sour orange, yuca con mojo
VI. ROPA VIEJA- wagyu brisket, plantain, olive sofrito, congri
VII. FLAN- coconut, passion fruit, miso white chocolate caramel
VIII. CHOCOLATE BIBINGKA DONUT- cafe con leche glaze, black truffle
